You can reach us at this address for all questions about data protection. No data protection officer has been appointed, because the legal conditions for doing so do not apply.

The website is developed, operated and maintained by Social Mountain e.U., Kranebitterbodenweg 8/4, 6020 Innsbruck. Social Mountain processes data exclusively on our instructions and on the basis of a data processing agreement under Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The servers are located at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The data does not leave the European Economic Area. Hetzner is a sub-processor.

This processing is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to detect attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, our legitimate interest in secure and functioning operation. The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. They are not combined with any other data.

If you write to us using the form or by email, we process your name, your email address and your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) where a booking or the steps leading to one are concerned, otherwise Article 6(1)(f).

We delete the enquiry as soon as it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way. Where a booking has been concluded, the tax retention period of seven years applies.

The booking system is loaded as an embedded frame from the provider's servers. This transmits your IP address to the provider.

For that reason we only load the booking system once you agree. Until then you see a notice with a button at this point. The legal basis for the transfer is your consent under Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings.

The map on the Location and directions page is loaded from OpenStreetMap. This transmits your IP address to the OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom. An adequacy decision of the European Commission is in place for the United Kingdom. We also load this map only after your consent. Until then you see a static preview image.

All fonts are hosted on our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font service. No data is transferred to third parties for this when you visit.

We use only technically necessary cookies required to operate the website, together with one cookie that stores your choice in the consent banner. Everything beyond that, namely the booking frame and the map, is loaded only after your consent.
